The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's very close to all the main attractions in the area, whether you're looking to hit the slopes or enjoy a nice meal. Plus, we were just 3 km away from our favorite spot, Safa and Marwa Hill. 🏔️.

Overall it is a great value hotel and we loved the stay, the location was incredible very close to the ski lift which is very important after a long day on the mountain. The suite is wonderful and has a nice balcony, a closet space, and a telephone...

We had a wonderful stay, as always. the hotel was clean and had a marvelous location close to all major attractions in the region. the breakfast was fantastic, and our unit was reasonably spacious with a huge layout and convenient decor. the feather pillows and exceptionally comfortable bed added to our comfort. the staff was pleasant and welcoming throughout our visit.

Really nice experience, the hotel is wonderful with incredible location very close to cable car to Col Rodella. Location right by shops and restaurants and bus stop and main square of Campitello. Nearby Bar osteria Heidi - great place to chill out.

It was a really nice stay. the hotel is well-organized and offers amazing views. Its magnificent location is conveniently close to the cable car, providing direct access to the Sella Ronda slopes. the bedroom was comfortable, featuring an exceptionally comfortable bed, and the facilities were clean.

The room was spacious and newly decorated, featuring a private bathroom. the staff were incredibly helpful, adding to the overall experience. the location was convenient, close to all the main attractions and the center of Campitello, where you can find shops and pizza restaurants.

The outdoor area did not have umbrellas or shade if you don't like sitting in the sun.

Comfortable, clean and ample room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet and covered car parking lot assigned to each room number.

Minor comments: loud noise from the ventilation system in the bathroom. Guests are not allowed to regulate the temperature in the room, it is done centrally.

The hotel's decoration was charming and created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior guests. The hotel's accessibility was excellent, with ramps and elevators available for those with mobility issues.

I would have appreciated a more attentive service from the staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

Kindly personal, very clean

Breakfast was the same every day all week. No restaurant. Every extra thing you do have to pay for: iron, microvave, kettle. That this is not a 4 star hotel says a boring yet varied breakfast without vegetables and overripe fruit, thin towels, shower gels, small welness center that opened just 3.5 hours a day (and ful of of people because of this) The time when you really need go out and find in the village your evening meal. You can find much better 3-stars hotels for the same price and with half board.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and separate spaces for children. The location was great, close to many facilities in the area, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

the staff at Garni Aritz were very helpful, kind and professional. the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with a wonderful view from our suite. the breakfast buffet was excellent and there was a wide selection of delicious food. the hotel also had great amenities such as an underground garage with allocated car park, a bar, gym, sauna, and a ping pong table. I particularly enjoyed the free snack of cake, tea, and coffee in the afternoon. The hotel's proximity to the cable car, just a 5-minute walk away, made it very convenient for exploring the area. Cons: Nothing it is perfect! 😊.
